Welcome to our first
Winter Fantasy Themed Bookish ball.
This event is inspired by the love of fantasy in books and play. The ballroom will host Canadian fantasy and romance authors, offer a book exchange corner, a fun craft to do with friends, cash bar, light entertainment, DJ with dance, a photobooth and depending on your ticket will include a full buffet, or evening snacks.
Winter Ball: Two ticket tiers available. Full Buffet or Evening events only!

6:00 PM — Doors open (Dinner & Winter Ball Tickets)
Welcome to your night out!

7:00 PM — Buffet Dinner

8:00–9:00 PM — Group Sing-Along
Grab you bestie, a blow up mic and join the crowd for a high‑energy sing‑along of viral pop favourites! Or enjoy our craft station, photo booth or book exchange corner.
8:30 PM — Doors open for Evening Winter Ball Access
Evening‑only guests enter the realm
Access to dancing, cosplay interactions, photo ops, bar service, and all night time activities!
9:00 PM — Canapés & Dancing!
Light bites return to fuel the rest of your magical night
